1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Developer") and Bitknob Innovation ("Company", "we", "us") concerning your access to and use of the Appverse platform at appverse.bitknob.com. By accessing the platform or registering as a developer, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Developer Registration

  • A one-time registration fee of ₹1,180 (₹1,000 + 18% GST) is applicable for developer onboarding on Appverse.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable once payment is successfully processed.
  • Submission of a registration application does not guarantee approval. Bitknob Innovation reserves the right to approve or reject any developer account at its sole discretion.
  • Upon approval, login credentials for the developer portal will be issued to the registered email address.
  • You must provide accurate KYC information (Aadhaar, PAN, or Driving Licence). Submitting false or fraudulent identity documents will result in immediate rejection and potential legal action.
  • Each developer account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

3. App Submission & Publishing

  • Registered developers may submit Android (APK) and/or iOS (IPA) applications via the developer portal.
  • All submitted apps will undergo a review process. Bitknob Innovation may reject any submission that violates our content policy, infringes third-party rights, or is deemed harmful.
  • You warrant that you hold all necessary rights and licences to distribute the submitted application.
  • Publishing on Appverse does not guarantee exclusive distribution. You may list the same app on other platforms.
  • Bitknob Innovation reserves the right to remove any published app that is found to violate these terms at any time without prior notice.

4. Intellectual Property

All platform infrastructure, branding, UI, and proprietary technology of Appverse are owned by Bitknob Innovation. Developers retain full ownership of their submitted application code, assets, and content. By submitting an app, you grant Bitknob Innovation a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the app's metadata (name, icon, screenshots, description) on the Appverse platform for the purpose of discovery and promotion.

5. Account Suspension & Banning

Bitknob Innovation reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban a developer account if:

  • False identity or KYC information is discovered.
  • Apps submitted are found to contain malware, spyware, or prohibited content.
  • The developer violates any of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Legal obligations require account action.

No refund of the registration fee will be issued in case of suspension or ban resulting from a policy violation.

6. Payments & GST

  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Bitknob Innovation does not store your card or banking details.
  • A tax invoice will be generated and made available for download upon successful payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

Bitknob Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Appverse platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
